Service identity

These Terms govern your use of Krea2 at krea2.online. Krea2 is an independently operated creative workbench and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of Krea AI, Inc. “Krea” and “Krea 2” are used only to identify the relevant third-party model family; third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

By using Krea2, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity and authorization required in your jurisdiction.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

AI generation service

Krea2 submits your prompts, generation settings, and any uploaded reference images to hosted model providers to produce requested outputs. Outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Reference images guide visual direction and do not guarantee identity preservation, exact reproduction, or ownership of an output.

Availability, model behavior, processing time, and supported controls may change when a model or infrastructure provider changes its service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific result.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in prompts, reference images, and other content you submit. You grant Krea2 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and temporarily reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains the providers involved and applicable retention.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use your content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether your intended use complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and the relevant model-provider terms. Krea2 does not grant rights in third-party brands, people, characters, artworks, or other protected material that may appear in your content or outputs.

Prohibited use

You may not use Krea2 to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or exploitative sexual content
• Deceive, defraud, impersonate, harass, threaten, or facilitate targeted abuse
• Create malware, evade security controls, probe infrastructure, automate abusive traffic, or resell unauthorized access
• Submit content you do not have permission to process
• Use outputs as professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice without qualified human review

We may block content, limit generation, preserve evidence required by law, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, Krea2, or the public.

Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Prices, billing periods, included credits, and generation costs are shown before purchase or generation. Credits are a limited service entitlement, are not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Generation costs may differ by model, output count, or settings and are confirmed in the interface before submission.

When a generation reaches an eligible terminal failure, Krea2 automatically restores the related credits exactly once. Payment refunds, unused credit purchases, duplicate charges, subscription cancellation, and statutory rights are governed by our Refund Policy. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; Krea2 does not store full card numbers.

Intellectual property and service materials

Krea2 owns its original interface, code, documentation, and brand materials. No license is granted to copy the service, bypass its controls, or use Krea2 branding in a way that suggests endorsement. Model providers and other third parties retain their own intellectual property.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or provider restrictions. Where reasonable, we will consider the severity, account history, and whether the issue can be cured.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes may be communicated through the service.
